In-home interviews and shop-alongs were facilitated and observed in Atlanta. Interviews began in consumers’ homes, continued to retailers, and returned to the home for follow-up Internet research.

Upon screening for product usage, Sivo Insights conducted in-depth interviews with participants at their homes in Chicago and Minneapolis.
